Little Farmer Fridays: Hens and Friends

May 17 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Gather your friends for an im-peck-able morning on the farmstead! The farm is the perfect place to meet other preschool families while enjoying a wagon ride, a special ukulele singalong, feeding our free-range chickens, and more. Don’t miss out on this eggcellent opportunity to spend time with old friends, meet new friends, and have some fun on the farm! Pack a lunch or snack and enjoy a picnic on the farm!

Little Farmer Fridays is an interactive program designed for preschoolers and their grown-ups.  Most appropriate for children ages 2 to 5 years old, our programs offer families the opportunity to hear a story, make a craft, meet our livestock, enjoy a wagon ride, and have fun on our 4-acre farm.

Gates open at 10am for ticket holders.

Stations are open during a two-hour, come-and-go style program and close at noon.  After the program is over, guests are welcome to enjoy time on their own until the farm closes at 2pm.  You or welcome to bring a picnic lunch or snack.

Tickets must be purchased in advance, so we can safely manage attendance. Little Farmer Fridays often sell out. If the event is sold out, no tickets will be available the day of the event or at the door.

  • $15 per participating child (2 years and up)
  • Infants or siblings under 2 years old and NOT participating do not need a ticket.
  • $5 per adult (12 years and up)
  • Museum Members get one adult ticket FREE with purchase of a child’s ticket.
  • All tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred one time to another Little Farmer Fridays event by May 10, 2024. Email education@heritagefarmstead.org with your request. Unused tickets will be considered a donation to the farm.

Once ticket purchase is completed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive your tickets, check your spam/junk box. Email education@heritagefarmstead.org for any issues or questions.
