Summer Camp
About Camp
Summer Camp at the Heritage Farmstead Museum is an unforgettable opportunity for children to get outside, explore nature and connect with history. Open to students entering Kindergarten – fifth grade in Fall 2024. Week-long camps offer outdoor activities with a focus on history and farm life in the heart of Plano. Camp runs from 9am to 1pm Monday through Friday. Campers will need to bring a lunch and water bottle each day. A snack will be provided. Camps are held rain or shine!
Campers will be grouped by age (friend requests accepted), to form small groups that are led by trained camp counselors, under supervision of our Camp Director and Education staff.
All 2024 camps are SOLD OUT.
Registrations are on a first-come, first-serve basis, and camps often fill up.
Upon receipt of payment online, a registration form will be sent via email.

Become a Camp Counselor
Is your teen interested in serving as a Camp Counselor for our summer camp programs? Applicants should be self-motivated, positive student leaders 8th grade or higher by Fall 2024. There is a very limited number of 8th graders who will be accepted.
Serving as a camp counselor is a great way to volunteer, provides a valuable service to your community, and looks great on resumes!
