Visit the Heritage Farmstead Museum on Friday, May 19, to learn about how a Farmer 150 years ago would grow, harvest, and prepare food.

 

Plant seeds using an old fashioned hand plow.

Visit Pitman creek to see how a Farmer would water his crops.

Grind corn to feed chickens.

Grind wheat using a mortar and pestle and learn about old fashioned mills.

Take a ride on a tractor driven wagon. Participate in an outdoor cooking demonstration.

Tour the historic Farrell Wilson House and so much more!

 

Bring drinks and a sack lunch and have a picnic on the grounds!
